Refund and Returns Policy

Return Period:

Our return policy extends for a period of 15 days. Unfortunately, if more than 15 days have elapsed since your purchase, we won’t be able to offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns:

For your item to qualify for a return, it must meet these conditions:

  • It must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • The item should be in its original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required for processing your return.

Please avoid returning your purchase directly to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds:

Under certain circumstances, partial refunds may be granted (if applicable) under these conditions:

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons unrelated to our error.
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refund Process:

Once your return meets the criteria and is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email confirming its receipt. We’ll then notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specific timeframe.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

  • Check your bank account.
  • Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
  • Contact your bank, as there may be processing time required before a refund is posted.

Sale Items and Exchanges:

Sale items are eligible for refunds only if they are regular-priced items; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Exchanges are available only for damaged items. Gifts:

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver, and they will be notified about your return.

Shipping:

To return your product, please mail it to: 5511 Gessner Ct, Arlington, Texas (TX) 76018, US. You’ll be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location. If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
